Dr. Byce has over 17 years of experience treating patients in the Madison area and believes it is essential to remain on the cutting edge of dentistry in order to provide patients with the exceptional care they deserve. He consistently trains with the experts in his field at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and has completed specialized Neuromuscular training, certifying him to treat various muscle and joint disorders. Dr. Byce has received awards from Madison Magazine for his excellence in cosmetics and has been recognized as one of the top children’s dentists in Dane County.

When he’s not busy at the office, Dr. Byce enjoys feeding his passion for sports and self-improvement as he coaches hockey players around Madison. This gives him the opportunity to pass on to area youth the positive role that sports can play in shaping the character of an individual along with demonstrating how self-improvement is an eternal condition. His “perfect day” would be spent playing golf with friends or hanging out with his kids.

Dr. Worman attended UW-Madison before graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1989. He worked as an associate dentist in Waukesha, WI before moving to Madison and joining forces with Dr. Byce.

Dr. Worman feels it is vital to stay current in the dental field and does so by regularly completing continuing education courses and active involvement in the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Worman strives to provide comprehensive care for the entire family. Most importantly, Dr. Worman is committed to using his skills to help those in need. He has worked with the Give a Kid a Smile Program and Inner Faith Hospitality Network, both here in Madison, along with extending his services to the poor in Chiapas, Mexico.

When not in the dental office Dr. Worman enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, golfing, and road biking.

As a Madison native, Dr. Pawelski was born and raised here on the West Side of Madison, graduated from Edgewood Highschool, before attending St. John’s University in Minnesota for her undergraduate education and then returning to Wisconsin for her doctoral degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry.
 
Dr. Pawelski has decided to again make Madison, WI her home and is excited to begin practicing with the Byce and Worman Family Dentistry Team in August!
 
Dr. Pawelski believes that excellent care begins with excellent service.  She Volunteers each year at Wisconsin’s Mission of Mercy, annually participates in Give Kids a Smile, and was an active member in the Delta Sigma Delta service fraternity at Marquette.  In addition to service, Dr. Pawelski places great importance on being active in the dental community and is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association as well as the American Dental Association.
 
Dr. Pawelski’s value in community is seen in her practice philosophy and her genuine interest in building lasting relationships over time by connecting with her patients and their families.
 
Outside of the office, Dr. Pawelski enjoys exploring Madison with her husband Bob.
